Jennifer Black is a family law lawyer that dedicates her practice to assisting families resolve their separation outside of court, with a primary focus on collaborative negotiation. Jennifer focuses on empowering families to reach meaningful agreements. Jennifer has extensive experience in all areas of family law, including decision-making and parenting time, child and spousal support, and property division. She is skilled in preparing separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts.
Jennifer’s goal is to guide clients through challenging transitions with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Jennifer is focused on helping clients reach outcomes that support long-term well-being and stability. Jennifer has a virtual office where she serves clients throughout Ontario, and she also offers in-person meetings in Guelph, Fergus and Waterloo.
